Program
Content:
There
are numerous compliance requirements when originating a consumer-purpose
mortgage loan. Most people think about the TRID requirements (TILA-RESPA
Integrated Disclosures), but there are many more. From flood insurance to
appraisal requirements to fair lending, there is much to think about. As
well, the loan may be HMDA-reportable. And with the many recent changes in
both the TRID, HMDA, and appraisal rules, things can get tricky. We’ll pay
particular attention to the changes so you don’t miss a beat.
How can
you keep all the requirements straight in your head so you can be sure to
not miss anything? In this 2-part webinar, we’ll discuss all the relevant
requirements and considerations in the origination process.
